Conrad has been developing websites since 1996, but his true love is marketing and business development. He is a self-proclaimed serial entrepreneur who has launched a wide variety of projects. You can keep up with his newest ventures at ConradFeagin.com.
He was born, raised, and still lives in Texas with his wife and three children. He likes golf, snow skiing, dark roast coffee, and is always looking for an excuse to go the Rocky Mountains.
Christina Gillick is our Chief Web Officer and copywriting expert. She works on everything from marketing to product development. She’s even been known to do some WordPress video training.
Christina stays up-to-date with WordPress and the freelance industry by also working as a direct-response freelance copywriter and managing her various WordPress based businesses like ComfyEarrings.com.
She lives on a Texas farm with her husband, Nick. When she’s not writing or marketing, she likes spending time outdoors, reading, decorating cupcakes, and tweeting.
Monica Fairchild is our Support Manager. She helps the Support Team provide the best solutions for our members.
Monica enjoys researching fresh content for the Successful Web Designer and popular topics for our live online training classes. She is on the Marketing Team meeting the needs of our Affiliates and reporting.
Her home is in the Texas Panhandle where she enjoys absolutely no humidity! Monica and her husband are busy raising 3 kiddos whose days are filled with muddy baseball cleats, lemonade stands and craft shows. Her 12 year old son is a member of the Successful Web Designer :)

David Laietta is a WordPress Developer and Consultant. You’ll see him working our support desk helping students understand the power of WordPress.
David is a co-organizer of the Orlando WordPress Meetup, as well as WordCamp Orlando. He always makes time to talk to other developers about their work, as well as people unfamiliar with using WordPress, helping to guide them through technical challenges. He spends his days dreaming up new ways to make WordPress easier and more useful for small businesses and individuals. Some of these results are then chronicled on his personal blog.
When not working, David spends time reading, trying new restaurants with friends and wrangling two dogs and four cats at home. He also collects retro video games, and this passion has bled over into his new WordPress blog.
Renee Smith is our Support Director, getting all your questions answered in lightning speed! She spends most of her time researching the best paths to help you in your web design careers.
Renee also manages our Social Media efforts. Her WordPress skills allow her to grade assignments and help students complete The Successful Web Designer Certification Program.
She resides in West Texas with her husband and three beautiful daughters who play four musical instruments between the three of them!
Emma Wyatt is one of our Support Assistants. She also writes, manages, and edits articles and blog posts.
She welcomes new students to our Successful Web Designer membership and WordPress Bootcamps and hosts many of our Live Online Training Classes.

Kimberly Hair is one of our 1-on-1 Support Experts. She regularly helps students with their WordPress and web design questions.
Kimberly currently also works as an independent contractor for Apogee INVENT, web coder for Openbook, and freelancer on the side. Her professional career in web design began when she moved to Seattle and took a post-graduate program in Web Design at the University of Washington.
Since then, her love for all things nerdy has only increased! She is an avid WordPress programmer and spends her time juggling code and caring for her young son.

Matt currently lives in Plano, Texas and is a full-time student at The University of Texas at Dallas. As a Literary Studies major he can usually be found writing or with his nose stuck in a book.
